Terms of Service

By creating an account on Rendezvous ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What Rendezvous is

Rendezvous is a marketplace that connects businesses (who post operational pain points) with AI creators (who propose solutions). Rendezvous itself does not deliver work, supervise projects, or guarantee outcomes. We provide the introduction layer; the working relationship is between the business and the creator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under your local law. By signing up you represent that this is true.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your password and any activity under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person or business, or provide false information.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or inflate ratings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post pain points, proposals, profiles, or messages that are illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringe someone else's intellectual property.
• Solicit users to take transactions off-platform with the intent of evading fees once they exist.
• Harvest data, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or chain messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Fees

The platform is currently free for both businesses and creators. We may introduce paid features in the future. We will not retroactively charge for activity that occurred while the platform was free, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before any fees take effect.

6. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post (pain points, proposals, profile data, messages). You grant Rendezvous a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backup copies retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Proposals and project work

• A proposal submitted on Rendezvous is an offer between the creator and the business. Acceptance creates a working relationship between those two parties.
• Rendezvous is not a party to that working relationship and does not hold escrow, mediate disputes, or guarantee payment or delivery.
• Both parties are encouraged to put scope, milestones, and payment terms in writing before starting work.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not vet creators, verify business legitimacy, or warrant that any proposal will succeed. Use the platform with the same diligence you'd use for any other freelance marketplace.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendezvous and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the platform — including lost profits, lost data, or damages stemming from a project that went poorly. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rendezvous against any claim, demand, or damages arising from content you post, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@rundevoo.sbs. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for legal reasons.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
