Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or downloading any FlowKit product ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product. Questions? Email hello@virtualoranges.com.

2. What you get

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital files included in your chosen tier (PDF, Markdown files, and/or JSON flow files) for the purposes described at the time of purchase.

3. Permitted use

Use the blueprints, prompts, and flows for your own personal or business automation projects.
Complete tier only: use the materials in client work or projects delivered to third parties (Commercial Use Licence).
Modify and adapt the content to suit your specific workflows.

4. Prohibited use

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files — in original or modified form — as a standalone product.
Uploading the files to any public repository, file-sharing service, or torrent.
Representing the materials as your own original work for resale without substantial transformation.
Starter tier buyers: using the materials in paid client deliverables without upgrading to the Complete tier.

5. Intellectual property

All content, structure, and design within the Product remains the intellectual property of FlowKit / Virtual Oranges. Your purchase grants a licence to use the materials, not ownership of the underlying IP.

6. No warranties

The Product is provided "as is." We do not warrant that every automation will work perfectly in your specific environment, with your specific accounts, or with future versions of third-party tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.). Results depend on your individual setup and implementation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowKit and Virtual Oranges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Updates

Complete tier buyers receive lifetime updates as the Product is revised. Updates are delivered via the original purchase platform. We reserve the right to change the update cadence or scope at our discretion.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtual Oranges operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
